The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an active account on the id666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of id666 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the id666 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by the same group entity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not be diagnosed with, or have previously self-excluded due to, a gambling addiction unless you have formally rescinded your self-exclusion request through the proper process.

To access real-money gaming on id666, you are required to create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The registration process involves the following obligations:

• You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and your date of birth during the registration process.
• All information submitted during registration must be truthful and must match your official government-issued identification documents.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify id666 support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• id666 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

id666 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we operate a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program. The following conditions apply:

• All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. id666 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the player lifecycle.
• Acceptable proof-of-identity documents include: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of address may be requested in the form of a bank statement, utility bill, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months and bearing your registered address.
• In cases where a payment method is used for deposits, id666 may additionally require a photo or screenshot of the relevant bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) to confirm ownership.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may lead to account closure.
• All personal data submitted during KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

All financial transactions on the id666 Platform are denominated and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are available within your account dashboard.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. id666 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Funds deposited into your id666 account must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC review.
• id666 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money funds may be subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is established, as disclosed during the deposit process.
• id666 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which id666 accepts no responsibility.

id666 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are awarded at id666's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights that have already vested.
• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within this period.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted on the id666 Platform:

• All game outcomes on id666 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino and sportsbook, by real-world events. id666 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available on request and are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event. In the event of a disputed result, id666 may delay settlement pending confirmation from the official governing body.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — id666 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's balance. Incomplete game rounds will not be counted toward wagering requirements.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable prior to initiating any real-money game session. id666 is not liable for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain game titles and bonus play sessions. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and must be respected at all times.
• For live dealer games sourced from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, the rules of the specific table variant displayed within the game interface govern the session. id666's general gameplay terms apply where no specific table rule is stated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the id666 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format to manipulate game outcomes or share information for mutual gain.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any player who discovers a vulnerability must report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent communication with id666.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or bonus eligibility rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate any element of the id666 Platform, its software, game content, or proprietary data.
• Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward id666 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the id666 Platform — including but not limited to the id666 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics (as licensed from third-party studios), promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of id666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit any of the following:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from id666.
• Using the id666 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any commercial context without explicit written authorization.
• Screen-recording, broadcasting, or publicly streaming gameplay from id666 live casino tables without express written permission from id666 and the relevant game studio.

id666 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including your name, contact details, financial transaction history, device information, and gaming activity records.

id666 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Player financial data is stored in accordance with PCI DSS-aligned security standards. id666 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

• Losses sustained as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game data caused by data feed errors from third-party providers. id666 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds.
• Any financial losses, including gambling losses, incurred through normal use of the Platform. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss and players accept this risk upon registration.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit id666's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• A player may request account closure at any time by contacting id666 support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.
• id666 may suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to pass KYC, or any other circumstance that id666 deems to represent a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
• In cases of account closure due to a material breach of these Terms by the player, id666 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned where legally required and where no fraud has been identified.
• Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked, and you must cease all access to and use of id666 services.

id666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, id666 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which id666 is incorporated and holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, id666 acknowledges that its primary player base is located in Indonesia. Players in Indonesia are subject to local laws and regulations and are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful in their place of residence. id666 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

In the event of a dispute between a player and id666, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via id666's customer support channel. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
